Question Wrapped Inside An Enigma

I feel a deep and inexplicable connection with Yotsuba when it comes to making cakes.  I went to culinary school with the intention of becoming a great pâtissier, and left with the knowledge that baking is for people with great baking talents.  My talents were more along the lines of “THIS LOOKS DELICIOUS LET’S ADD IT!” —strangely after the 20th ingredient you’ve said that with, things get kind of chaotic.
